Terms of Entry

General

  • The right of admission is reserved. No ticket, No entry.

  • Your wrist band must be worn and be clearly visible at all times. Do not remove your wristband. Anybody without a wristband will be asked to pay entry or asked to leave.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the festival area or within 4 metres of the entrance.

  • We reserve the right to publish any photos or videos of an individual across any form of media. By entering the festival, you agree to these terms. If you object to your image being published please notify the event volunteers upon entry.

Food & drinks

  • Beats on the Bank is an alcohol and drug-free event. Bag checks will be carried out.

  • Food and drinks cannot be brought into the event. Affordable food, snack, non-alcoholic beverages and water stations will be available to attendees.

  • Attendees can leave the event to access food and drinks at their own expense.

  • People wishing to enter or return to the event who are affected by alcohol will be refused entry.

Supervision and Personal Responsibility

  • Whilst there will be security on site for the duration of the event, and we will make every effort to provide a safe and secure environment, Beats on the Bank is not a supervised event.

  • Tickets will be checked at the event entry point, however attendees are responsible for their own whereabouts.

  • TUC and the Beats on the Bank team bear no responsibility for ensuring minors remain on site.

Attendance by Minors

  • This event is open for attendees aged 12 years and older.

  • If a responsible adult wishes to attend to supervise any attendee, they must purchase a separate ticket and accompany their minor at all times.

Breaches

  • Any Person who, intentionally or otherwise, damages the site, removes any equipment without permission, enters a restricted area without permission or breaches the terms and conditions set out in this document may be required to leave the site and must do so on request.

Banned Items

Beats on the Bank is a safe, secure, inclusive and law abiding event. We put the care, comfort and safety of our patrons, staff and artists at the centre of everything we do. To achieve this, the following list of items are banned:

  • Glass of any kind - we reserves the right to confiscate food or drinks packaged in glass.

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks, flares, fire twirling paraphernalia (sticks, balls etc)

  • Laser lights

  • Alcohol

  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia

  • Full or partly full bottles of water, juice, soft drink etc

  • Sealable pouches (yoghurt, baby food pouches)

  • Bags larger than a typical grocery shopping bag

  • Selfie sticks

  • Water pistols

  • Skateboards

  • Drones

  • Protest paraphernalia and banners

  • Anything studded (i.e. belts, wristbands etc)

  • Culturally sensitive items and attire

  • Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared organisation” within the meaning of the Crimes (Criminal Organisation Control) Act 2009 is not permitted

  • Any other items considered illegal or dangerous.
